Milk is produced at dairy farms and processed into milk products in dairies. The table below provides links to environmental data on fresh milk at the gates of farms and at the gates of dairies and retail stores.

1) Data refer to the present market situation with milk quotas. Data referring to in an envisioned market situation where the quota regime has been removed can be found here: milk ex farm (without quotas), milk products (without qoutas), yellow cheese (without quotas).

2) Data refer to the present market situation with milk quotas where milk fat is in excess. It is assumed that milk fat is in excess also in an envisioned market situation where the quota regime has been removed and data on cream, butter and spreadable are independent of the presence of milk quotas.
